[Personal Pre-Trip Preparation]

• Suggested Attire: Please change into your water activity clothing before the activity meeting time.
• Swimsuit or lightweight, quick-drying clothing for easy changing into and out of wetsuits.
• Lightweight shoes (such as flip-flops or sandals) for changing into non-slip shoes.
• Please be sure to bring your own drinking water and sports drinks.
• If you wear glasses, please prepare an eyeglass strap to prevent them from falling off when climbing waterfalls or diving. If you wear contact lenses, it is recommended to bring an extra pair of glasses.
• Personal medications (those with special medical conditions must bring them with you), National Health Insurance IC card (to be left in the car).
• It is recommended to bring a towel and a change of clothes to change after the activity.
• Depending on individual needs, prepare a sun hat, swimming goggles, a personal waterproof backpack, and a waterproof bag specifically for your mobile phone (remember that having a waterproof bag does not mean the phone bag will float if dropped in the water; be sure to use a lanyard or buckle to connect it to your life jacket).
• Please trim excessively long fingernails and toenails before the activity to avoid breakage during the activity.
• If you have long hair, it is recommended to tie it into a ponytail or braid during the activity to avoid pulling during the activity.
• It is recommended not to stay up late the day before the activity and to get enough sleep so that you can have a good experience with a good mental state.
