I arrived after 3 pm on July 19th and saw that there was construction on the first floor. The notice on the wall said that the second floor was open for business. But when I went up, the deep door and the big lock were empty. How should I deal with this situation? I have purchased this item online, but after more than a week, there is still no compensation. Before departure, I booked the 6/12 period costume experience on klook. When I arrived that afternoon, the door was locked and there was no one inside. I called to inquire and was told that the store was unable to open because the lady in the store had something to do at home, and there was no agent, so we were completely unable to use it that day.
