- This ticket type is applicable to all full-price/concession tickets—students and seniors aged 65 and above.
- Citizens holding a disability certificate and one necessary companion are eligible for half-price admission upon purchasing tickets on-site.
- Except for specially marked works, please do not touch any works or stand on their pedestals. In the indoor exhibition hall, please do not cross the gray viewing line on the floor.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building, except in designated smoking areas.
- May to October is the lawn open season. You are welcome to engage in activities on the lawn, but please avoid damaging the lawn or affecting others, such as using strollers or wearing high heels; November to April is the lawn maintenance period, please do not step on it. (The lawn open and maintenance periods are subject to on-site announcements)
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
- Staff is available for guests requiring disability assistance

- By train: Go to MRT Tamsui Station, then transfer to a passenger bus (Kuo-Kuang, Royal, Keelung, or Tamsui Bus) and get off at Jinshan District Office Station. In front of the Jinshan District Arts and Culture and Senior Citizens Activity Center building, next to the Jinshan District Office, transfer to the Juming Museum free shuttle bus to Juming Museum.
