Luggage Information

• 5-seater vehicle for groups of 1-4: Only 3 pieces of 26-inch luggage is allowed
• 9-seater vehicle for groups of 1-8: Only 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage is allowed
• Luggage larger than 28 inches will be counted as two pieces of luggage. Pets and oversized items, including ski equipment, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags, cannot be accommodated.

Additional information

• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
• The operator will send you the driver's information and contact to your e-mail at least a day before your selected date
• Pick up/drop off point is flexible, but there will be an additional fee if the location is outside Taipei city
• Please indicate if you need a child seat at the checkout page. Child seats are for children aged 0-4 only.
• Day service hours: 07:00 - 21:00
• Night service hours: 21:01 - 06:59
• During night service hours, an additional TWD 300 will be charged for both getting on and off the car.

A minimum of 4 participants is required for this activity to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified by 12:00 PM (local time) one day before departure to either reschedule your booking or cancel it with a full refund. Please take this into consideration when making your reservation.

• A surcharge will apply per one-way trip if your pick-up or drop-off location is outside the serviced areas (e.g. if the pick-up location is Taipei and the drop-off point is in Tamsui, then a TWD500 surcharge will apply. If both pick-up and drop-off locations are both in Tamsui, then a TWD1,000 surcharge will apply)

• Shared Transfer: Child seats are available for an additional NT$200 per seat.
• Private Car:1–4 passenger vehicle: NT$100 for each child seat,1–8 passenger vehicle: The first child seat is NT$100, and the second child seat is NT$300.
