Other Pick-up/Drop-off Locations (Please pay the driver in cash on-site) *There are still non-service surcharge areas in Taichung, Changhua, and Nantou for pick-up/drop-off. When booking, you can inquire with customer service about the additional fees. Please fill in the pick-up/drop-off location in detail when placing an order. An additional fee will be charged for each trip. *8-hour chartered car is limited to 200 kilometers, 10-12-hour chartered car is limited to 300 kilometers. *4-6-hour chartered car cannot cross county lines. 8-10-hour chartered car can cross one county line, with an additional charge of NT$1500 per trip.
Overtime Fees (Please pay the driver in cash on-site) 5/9-seater car: NT$800 / per car per 60 minutes Overtime fees for special holidays: NT$900 / hour / car during Chinese New Year, NT$800 / hour / car during long holidays.
Child Seat Rental Fee Taiwanese law stipulates: Children under 4 years old must use an infant bed or car seat; it is recommended that children over 4 years old and under 120 cm tall use a booster seat; please note the child’s date of birth, height, and weight when booking. An infant seat costs NT$200/day. A 9-seater car can accommodate up to two child seats, and a 5-seater car can accommodate one.
Purchase Instructions
*If you need to postpone, you must notify at least 7 days before the experience date. The postponement period for the product shall not exceed 20 days. You may not change the original vehicle model or request to change the original number of vehicles and models based on an increase or decrease in the number of people. Shared products do not accept changes to reduce the number of people. *If notified within 6 days (inclusive) before the experience date, postponement will not be accepted. If canceled, fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy. *If postponing, please note that the price difference for weekdays, holidays, consecutive holidays, or peak travel seasons during winter and summer vacations and New Year holidays must be borne by the guest. Please refer to the selling prices on the website for the selected dates. *This itinerary provides driver pick-up and drop-off services, meals, and attraction consultation, but does not provide tour guide services. *The driver can communicate in English and is equipped with translation tools. *Service personnel will contact you one day before departure. Please ensure that your internet connection is smooth and pay attention to messages from mobile communication software. *The reference vehicle model for a 5-seater car is TOYOTA Altis / for a 9-seater car is VW T5/T6. The color and model of the car cannot be specified and will be based on the actual vehicle dispatched on the day. *Some scenic spots in Taiwan may have sudden temporary traffic control depending on the daily crowd and traffic conditions. When encountering traffic control, you may need to pay for a shuttle bus transfer at your own expense. *The itinerary content is a feasible arrangement, but the driver will still adjust the itinerary as appropriate after discussing with the passengers, depending on the traffic conditions, weather factors, and time spent at attractions on the day. *Please note that the maximum number of passengers for a 5-seater car is 4, and for a 9-seater car is 8.

Important Notes
- In case of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (12:00 local time) and you will be notified via email.
- Travelers requiring a wheelchair do not need to pay extra fees. Please fill in the wheelchair dimensions in the order remarks for vehicle arrangement. Please take note.
- If the designated pick-up/drop-off location is not a temporary parking spot, the driver will wait at a nearby available spot. Please keep your communication lines open to avoid missing the ride.
- Booked passengers must maintain at least one contact method. If there is no way to maintain communication between both parties, resulting in a failed pick-up, this cannot be used as a reason to request order cancellation.
- Eating, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the driver's seat back, opening windows to spit, and littering are prohibited inside the vehicle. If any items in the vehicle are damaged or soiled, compensation will be required at the market price and paid in cash on site.
- Bringing any pets is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the itinerary without a refund.
