• Guests who choose to meet at the "Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit Sightseeing Bus Parking Lot" will be accompanied by a tour guide and taken by train to "Torokko Saga Station." The train fare for this section (240 JPY) is included in the tour fee and does not require separate payment.
• Tickets for the Hozugawa River Boat Ride can be purchased on-site or booked in advance online.
• Seats on the Sagano Romantic Train cannot be specified. Due to the narrow aisles of the Sagano Romantic Train, passengers using wheelchairs should make a note when registering.
• The Kyoto horse carriage experience may be temporarily suspended due to holidays, bad weather, or the health condition of the horses. If suspended, the Kyoto horse carriage fee will be refunded: 1,500 JPY per person. Please contact the platform you used for registration to process the refund. In such cases, public transportation will be used to travel to the Hozugawa River boarding point, and related transportation costs will be at your own expense.
• If there are passengers weighing over 100 kg, or carrying large luggage such as wheelchairs or strollers, please be sure to inform us in advance. If not informed in advance, the facility may refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.

• This tour primarily offers Chinese commentary, with English and Japanese-speaking staff available. If needed, please make a note when placing your order (please note that designated language services cannot be guaranteed in all situations and will ultimately depend on the day's arrangements, as determined by the supplier).
• If you do not arrive at the designated meeting time, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. Please be sure to confirm the meeting location in advance and arrive on time.
• If a child's height does not meet the requirements on the day of departure and they are unable to board, neither the passenger who cannot board nor their accompanying travelers will be eligible for a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• If you are late or unable to participate in the itinerary due to delays in your own transportation or other circumstances, a 100% fee will be charged.
• Due to factors such as traffic/weather conditions, the time spent at attractions may be shortened, and the order of some itineraries may be adjusted.
• Luggage restrictions: Due to the need to ride in a horse-drawn carriage during the itinerary, each traveler is limited to one small, simple piece of luggage that can be placed at their feet. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• There will be no bus accompanying this tour, nor will there be luggage storage services. Please be aware of this and make your luggage arrangements in advance.

Cancellation policy
