• When in season, you can enjoy the magnificent cherry blossoms in spring or the brilliant autumn colors! Even outside these peak times, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, the view from the Sagano Romantic Train, and the rich nature surrounding the Hozugawa River.
• In the event of the Hozugawa River boat ride cancellation due to rising water or inclement weather, we will provide a 5,000 yen refund and instead take you to Kinkakuji Temple, concluding the tour at Kyoto Station. (If the boat ride operates, the tour ends at Arashiyama.)
• This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests together.
• Please ensure you arrive promptly at the designated meeting time. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
• The schedule may be subject to sudden changes or shorter visit durations due to reasons such as traffic congestion.
• Please note that cherry blossoms and autumn leaves may not be seen due to weather conditions.
• Wheelchair is not accessible. This tour involves a lot of walking. If you have trouble walking, we advise you not to book this tour.
• If the boat ride operates, the tour ends at Arashiyama.※If the boat ride is cancelled, the itinerary will change to the following:- Kinkakuji Temple Sightseeing (Admission fee included / 60 minutes)- 12:10 Arrive at Kyoto Station - Tour concludes

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund rules: In the event of the Hozugawa River boat ride cancellation due to rising water or inclement weather, we will provide a 5,000 yen refund and instead take you to Kinkakuji Temple, concluding the tour at Kyoto Station. (If the boat ride operates, the tour ends at Arashiyama.)
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• Children under 80cm in height or 0-2 years old are not permitted to join this tour due to the safety regulations of the Hozugawa River Cruise.
