Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Partial refund rules: If the Hozugawa River Boat Ride facility is suspended, a partial refund will be issued: 4000 JPY per adult and 3000 JPY per child. The free activity time in Arashiyama will also be automatically extended.
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

- Group size: 10-44 participant(s)
- If the number of participants drastically decreases to below the minimum group size within 3 days before departure, the organizer may still contact you to process a full refund and cancel the activity, or negotiate a reschedule.
