Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Partial refund rules: If the Hozugawa River Boat Ride facility is suspended, a partial refund will be issued: 4,000 JPY per adult and 3,000 JPY per child.

Redemption information

• For travelers who complete their reservations after 18:00, due to operational process limitations, we are unable to send "Guide Information" and "Travel Notice" immediately on the same day.
• This tour departs from Osaka/Kyoto, and you can freely choose to get on/off the bus in Osaka/Kyoto without special note.
• The Hozugawa River Boat Ride experience may be suspended due to weather or other factors, but the rest of the itinerary for the day will proceed as planned. In the event of suspension, a partial refund for the boat ticket (not the official facility price) will be processed by the platform after the tour. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• This activity requires a minimum of 10 participants to form a group. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will arrange a reschedule or provide a full refund.
• If the number of participants suddenly decreases to below the minimum group size within 3 days before departure, the organizer may still contact you to process a full refund and cancel the activity, or negotiate a rescheduling.
• If both the Sagano Scenic Railway ticket and the Hozugawa River Boat Ride are unavailable within 3 days prior to the departure date, the organizer may still contact you to process a full refund and cancel the activity, or negotiate a reschedule with you.
• Seats cannot be reserved on the Sagano Scenic Railway. If we are unable to provide train tickets, we will refund 880 yen per person.
• This tour primarily offers Mandarin and Japanese commentary. If English or Korean-speaking staff are required, please indicate this in the order notes. Please note that providing the requested language service cannot be guaranteed and will be determined by the supplier based on availability on the day.
• This tour includes an on-board attendant, but does not provide professional guided tours at attractions. Depending on the number of participants, transportation may be changed to a small or medium-sized bus. Sometimes the driver may also serve as the on-board attendant. Thank you for your understanding.
• There are no restrooms on the bus. Please prepare accordingly before departure.
• Please arrive at the meeting location on time and check in with the tour guide during the designated time frame as indicated on the product page. The supplier will not send separate advance notifications. Please be mindful of this and arrive on time. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Failure to arrive at the designated meeting time, or lateness/inability to participate due to personal transportation delays, will be considered a same-day cancellation without further notice. Rescheduling or refunds will not be possible.
• In the event of activity cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by phone or email. If you do not receive a notification, the event will proceed as scheduled, and the itinerary will not be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
• The order of activities, duration of stops, and departure/arrival times are subject to change due to traffic or weather conditions. If delays cause passengers to miss connecting transportation, any additional transportation or accommodation costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passenger.

Eligibility

• Infants and toddlers participating in the Hozugawa River boat ride must be at least 80 cm tall. Children under 80 cm cannot participate even if accompanied by an adult. We appreciate your understanding.
• Hozugawa River Boat Ride Plan not included: Adults and children same price (3 years and older) / Hozugawa River Boat Ride Plan included: Adults (12 years and older), Children (80 cm to 11 years old)
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
