Additional Information:

  • Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 160cm (sum of length, width, and height) and cannot weigh more than 25kg
  • Kindly indicate your email address and select the name of your accommodation where the delivery driver can drop off your luggage upon booking
  • Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, bag (briefcase) or ski equipment
  • Please hand carry your cash, credit cards, passports, flight-related documents, and other important articles or flight documents
  • Please check the full list of items that will not be accepted
  • Please make sure to check your luggage upon pick up. You can take a photo if you find something wrong and consult with customer service. Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
  • If the luggage does not meet the size requirement and/or falls under the list of unaccepted items, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customer is responsible for all the losses and any legal liabilities
  • Please note that the luggage delivery may be delayed in cases of disaster or inclement weather. You will be notified via e-mail
  • A JPY300,000 worth of insurance is offered for damages resulting from the delivery process, delay of 24 hours or more, loss, and expenses related to damages; damage to luggage handle or wheel due to deterioration, accommodation charges, and airfare are not covered
  • If the service could not be used due to flight cancelation or considerable delay as a result of unforeseen circumstances, please contact the Luggage-Free Travel Support Center by clicking the Live Chat button on the upper right on the official page (English). Refunds will be issued
