Check-ins

• Please visit https://webcheckin.stardreamcruises.com/ for mandatory Online Check-In that is open for you to input your details correctly. NOTE: Online Check-In closes 48 hours before departure.
• Please use the StarCruises booking ID for your online check-in, the ID can be found on your Klook voucher below the QR code.
• If you are unable to do your online check-in, you can still do a manual check-in on the day of sailing
• You can check your itinerary, check-in time and port address after completion of web check-in
• You will only get your cabin number and room keycards at the counter

Peak season booking is 100% confirmed. No cancellation allowed. Peak season sailing: 17 February 2026

Travel Insurance

You are highly encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance if you booked a cruise. This will cover you for any cancellation of the cruise due to medical reasons.

Senior Eligibility

• Any guest who is 90 years of age or older at the time of embarkation from Taiwan will not be permitted to board the ship.
• This restriction also applies upon the return to Taiwan, guests who reach or exceed their 90th birthday upon returning to Taiwan will not be permitted to board the ship.
• With effective 1 Aug 2026 to 31 July 2027, guests aged up to 95 years old are eligible to cruise on Star Navigator

International Tourist Tax

Each departing Japan passenger (aged 2 and above) have to NTD 630 (JPY 3,000) per person for International Tourist Tax and to be paid onboard.

• Gratuity for Interior to Oceanview: 600 NTD per person per night
• Gratuity for Balcony: 800 NTD per person per night
• Gratuity for Palace Suites and above: 1000 NTD per person per night
