Inquiries could only be made by mail, and there was no way to deal with customer service I made it clear immediately and asked on 2/14. At the beginning, I said that if the store was willing to handle it even after the time passed, I asked for proof, a flight change certificate, and a hotel cancellation certificate were provided after 2/17. It has already expired, so it ca n’t be processed anymore. The store insists on non-refundable and non-delayed. On that day, when the friend went on 2/16, there were only 3 servings. The yuan has been paid. Why isn't the meal unrefundable? 3 people cannot eat 5 servings? Not all of us canceled and didn't go alone. Why didn't we eat out and didn't even ask at the scene.
