Ikanimo (以蟹茂) in Shinsaibashi - Crab Specialty

The server was very polite and attentive. The food was delicious. However, the sign didn't have the Chinese name "蟹以茂" (Crab Yi Mao), so we had to look for the English sign. Many Japanese customers were dining there, so it's not a tourist trap. I would go again next time.

The restaurant's name isn't 'Yi Xie Mao'; it's actually called Genpin. It took me two turns to confirm I was entering. There were very few customers and not many staff. The price on-site was cheaper, only JPY 12,500. The food was excellent, with crab prepared in various ways, including raw crab legs, fried crab, hot pot, and charcoal-grilled crab. The main way to eat it was hot pot, and the fried crab legs were the best. After the hot pot, the staff prepared egg drop rice right in front of us using the remaining broth. It was very unique.

The crabs were quite fresh, but it was a bit troublesome to shave the meat without a spoon. The serving speed was normal, and the porridge cooked by the staff was delicious.

Good food, fresh, sashimi, fried, hot pot, grilled, and finally porridge, really filling. The on-site dining experience is relatively flat, and booking a table will be more expensive, but booking a table ensures you will have a seat and you won’t have to wait.

This is a well-known pufferfish specialty restaurant with guaranteed quality and service. They also have staff who speak Chinese, making for a decent experience. However, the price could be more competitive compared to other platforms and the restaurant's official website.

The crab meat is delicious, delicate, and the crab roe is rich and sweet. Whether it is steamed, spicy or curry, it can show its unique flavor and leave you with an endless aftertaste.

The crab hotpot and side dishes are very good, the puffer fish is very special, and the porridge at the end is amazing and delicious. The restaurant is very busy, but there is no soundproofing, it is too noisy, which is a pity

It's not bad, but I think one try is enough. The portion is enough, but the crab is not very fresh and sweet, which feels not quite commensurate with the price, so one time is enough.

It's easy to book a table, and even though I don't understand the language, I can still eat smoothly. I think the portion is good but it also makes me feel full. It's not bad in terms of freshness.
