• The supplier will contact passengers via messaging apps (Line, WeChat, WhatsApp) before the service to confirm the itinerary and driver information.
• If you have special or oversized items to load, please confirm with the supplier in advance whether they can be accommodated.
• Pets are allowed in the vehicle. A surcharge of TWD 500 will be applied per pet. Pets must be caged (excluding service dogs).
• Additional stop fee: The price of this product includes only one pick-up location. Adding additional pick-up/drop-off locations along the way will incur an additional fee (please confirm details with customer service).
• If the itinerary requires transfer to a local high-chassis shuttle, you will need to arrange and book it yourself; this is not included in the fee.
• On the day of the tour, activity time may be subject to change due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
• In the event of a typhoon or torrential rain warning issued by the Central Weather Bureau, or the closure of national parks, the tour can be postponed (postponement period: within one year).
