this is a great hotel to stay in Nagano! this is right infront of the train station! An elevator also takes you to the local train line. Breakfast was also very good. local food and fresh vegetables and fruit.

Some staff cant speak English and you might have issues with your booking if its abit complicated. They charged me 1,800 yen for breakfast even if i paid for it on line.

We spent very little time at the hotel but the room was small, as usual, and very clean. Nice amenities offered in the lobby to take to the room. Well located just in front of the main train station and in the center of town.

Nagano Tokyo REI Hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was incredibly courteous and provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. The room was moderate in size, but perfectly suited for two people with large suitcases, making it both comfortable and functional.
The amenities were fantastic, with thoughtful touches that added to the overall experience. The hotel’s central location was a major plus, offering easy access to transportation, shops, and dining options in the heart of the city.
We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Nagano. We will definitely choose Nagano Tokyo REI Hotel again for our next visit!
