This has officially become our go-to hotel in Takayama! The location is unbeatable—it’s just steps away from both the JR Takayama Station and the Nohi Bus Station, which made arriving and departing with luggage incredibly easy. The highlight for us was the complete kitchen. It was well-equipped and extremely helpful for preparing local ingredients we picked up at the grocery. Having the extra space and the ability to cook made our stay feel much more like home. We won’t stay anywhere else when visiting the area!

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and we really had a fantastic stay! It’s located right across from the bus station, which was super convenient for us. We are a family of three and stayed in a twin room. I didn’t take any photos, but the pictures posted online are exactly how it looks in real life. The room was very spacious. There’s a washer and dryer, which was very convenient, and a fridge with free drinking water. You can also get free coffee, matcha, and chocolate drink in the lobby. There’s even a kitchenette where you can cook inside the room. The toilet and bathroom are a good size, and there’s also a small balcony. Overall, it’s very comfortable and in a convenient location. I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Takayama.

This is our 2nd time here and both are winter trips. All I can say is I will stay here again and again! The kids love the location and the big rooms. My husband loves the washing machine and dryer! Complete amenities, skin care products, kitchen, microwave and they can clean everyday. Even if you are trying to rush to meet the next bus schedule, it will only take you 2 minutes to walk to the bus station.

Extremely near to the bus/JR station, making it really convenient to get around! Also loved that the room came with a washer/dryer at no cost (with laundry pods provided) which allowed us to wash our clothes in the middle of a rather long trip.

Wonderful hotel! Very spacious, great amenities inside the room (especially the large water provided in the fridge), central location to the city area, attractions and the train station. Also, the front desk gal was SO incredibly sweet- she was super helpful with all my questions. Highly recommend!

We stayed here during the middle of our 2.5 week stay in Japan. We had a suite and my family was so excited at the massive apartment size. Teens will appreciate some privacy and there was a separate room for our snorer. Close to the train station, shopping and restaurants. Daughter got food poisoning and they were very accommodating to let us book another night and not change rooms. Stalk up on meds at the pharmacy ahead of time as stores may close early
