I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aston Batam, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's modern design, impeccable service, and top-notch amenities made for a truly unforgettable experience.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and stunning views of the city.
The hotel's facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa, were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread, which offered a wide variety of local and international options.
What truly sets Aston Batam apart, however, is its exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect.
Overall, I highly recommend Aston Batam to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in Batam. I look forward to returning soon!

we will stay in this Hotel again for our next Batam trip.Location is good!!Avoid the Hustling traffic.Upgraded to Deluxe Room by topping up.Came with Balcony with Awesome Scenic views.Up peak location thus very Windy!!Place and Room is Clean!Swimming was Enjoyable too..Love the breakfast!!Room service food was Great too.We had a very pleasant 2 nights stay!Staffs were warm and friendly!Many Thumbs up for Crown Vista Hotel!!Cons:Pls change all the Pillows..too flat.Cushion was Smelly!!Overall:No Regrets!
