We stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay Batam for 4 nights and had an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for those arriving by ferry, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and massage centres nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The facilities were well maintained, although some areas could benefit from a slight refresh. Overall, it is a good hotel that offers value for money and is suitable for families, couples, and short getaways. We had a pleasant stay and would consider returning on our next trip to Batam.

Hotel is a stone's throw from Harbour Bay ferry terminal and it decorated our room and gifted small cakes for my husband's birthday. Bedding is comfortable and the hotel offered a wide selection of breakfast items! It's wonderful stay and thanks for making it a memorable one for us!

Hotel located very near to the jetty. Within walking distance. There was a small hiccup during breakfast as we booked for 3 pax, we were told only 2 pax breakfast included. Klook and the hotel side needs to rectify this matter as I heard from the hotel staff that this isn’t the first time it happens. The hotel staff was apologetic and patiently assisted us with this.

Friendly receptionist and waitresses. Location is perfect and near to seafood centre. This hotel has a spa massage service located at level 4 within the hotel guest rooms providing convenience and privacy to hotel guest. However, masseur service and room facility need to improve. The towel provided for massage guest is too small and unable to cover overall. Breakfast is good but need to improve on choices..

We booked the Grand Deluxe room, and it exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet (included in our booking), which offered a wide variety of options, all of which tasted delicious. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, even offering us great recommendations for places to visit in Batam. Although we had a minor issue with a clogged toilet, the staff quickly resolved it, showcasing their excellent customer service. The hotel’s location was also ideal—just a 7-10 minute walk from the Harbour Bay Port, in a lively area with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, salons, and other hotels nearby. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Batam. Thank you, Swiss-Belhotel!

The hotel is near the ferry terminal. Comfortable bed, alot of variety of breakfast. But the only thing is at after midnight the hot water not really that hot. Eventho the hot tap was to the max side, it just feel warm.
