We had a very nice and fun stay. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. We felt more like family than guests with the way they treated us. food too tastes great. our children enjoyed every activity. Its just as we hoped for: to de-stress with very busy and demanding life in the city. It gave us the chance to feel one with nature again, the sun, the rain, wind, forest, sea and the sand. we wish we had stayed mire than 3 days. but, definitely, we will go back soon We highly recommend this resort!

If you are looking to only test and relax for your trip, this place is one of the best to visit. Every staffs are very nice, friendly and always greet you when meet. Although the location is abit far from main island of Batam(90mins land transfer from Batam Center to the private jetty follow by 60mins of boat ride to Kiki beach resorts), but you will get crystal clear water and peaceful environment. This place serve nice Indonesian local food menu, I would recommend to try the Goreng Pisang, it is really tasty with lots of screedded cheese serve. There is also pasta and seafood. There is a daily free to join activities like: Tidal walk, forest hiking, hermit crab hunt and also some of the paid to use activity like ATV ride and lots of on water activities. As mentioned earlier if you are going for rest and relax, this place is highly recommended.

our stay was made perfect by the awesome staff Ryan..Dini..Ali and Tindo...dey were sooo accomating n patiently tend to our needs..all our needs are handle by dem wif a smile..too bad we are not able to go to Karas Island as we are told dat the waves are quite dangerous..wld definitely comeback n we starting to miss Kiki resort n the satff already..
