Our first family experience at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru was very pleasant, the staff were all very accommodating to our needs and enquiries. For example, the concierge helped referred us to a friendly driver to bring us around our self planned tour and the staff at the reception were also very helpful whenever we went to the reception with countless enquiries. The facilities were very good too as we get to bring our toddler to have her swim in the public pool and waterpark before checking out. She had so much fun she dozed off for nearly two hours after we checked out. Really pleased with the experience!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was comfortable. The only issue was that the service at the restaurant was very slow. The food was good, but the wait was longer than expected. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.

We absolutely love this place! The room was neat and tidy. The view was exquisite. Walking distance to the beach and the breakfast had plenty of options and all of them were delicious! The only thing I would complain about is the bathroom amenities like the shower gel. Not so soapy and foamy. But overall it was really great. Will certainly come again!
