Good hotel with awesome facilities

such a nice place, but only booked 1 night..not enough, minimum 2 night..when check in, come late after 3 because theres a lot of people coming in and there is numbering sytem to que, so u guys wont be fighting who coming coming first and second.. good place, friendly staff

second time staying here and it’s really nice that it’s almost emptied on weekdays! wanted to try jet ski but it’s too pricey so just walk around the beach and enjoy the waves

Vast property though old one. Great place for families. Choice of food is very good with 3 restaurants. Indian food was authentic. Sea sports available in house. Affortable and budget friendly.

this hotel is dated but overall it come with private beach, water park and great location. I will come back again

this is a great place for families. we have slightly older kids but we still managed to have fun and create some fun memories. from paragliding, to shell hunting the beach and floating in the ocean waves to mini golf and having swim races in the pool. even the food options are fantastic!

Huge resort but the establishment is very outdated. The shower curtains don’t reach the floor and bathroom gets flooded when you shower. Lots of mosquitoes. Basic resort amenities like body lotion/ facial cotton is not provided. Beach is also very small. For a little more price, it would be better to stay at Hard Rock or Westin:

definitely will go back again. the room is huge and clean. breakfast is nice too. lovely place and easy accessible.

Pros: Staff, cleanliness, restaurants with a decent selection and reasonable price. convenience stores too follow the same principle of not marking up to 'resort prices '. private beach is clean and is alright. Breakfast is Malaysian menu heavy, but we enjoyed it.. Cons: Buggy arrangement can be a but hit and miss on busy weekends. Among the many resort facilities listed - some of the more fun items which we wanted to such as archery, paintball etc . appear to be permanently closed. There are some other options which are available for a fee such as mini-putt, karaoke, funland for little kids and Playstation rooms. We used splash pool, beach and funland and spent the rest of the time driving out to away attractions such as croc farm, firefly park, mini zoo, temple village, Rapid etc, for which Lotus was a good base.
