Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the experience. The booking through Klook was easy and convenient, and the property was nice and comfortable. However, check-in was quite late. We arrived around 3:00 PM, but only managed to check in at about 4:30 PM, which was a little disappointing. Hopefully, the check-in process can be improved in the future. Other than that, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice place to stay, but booking information is not cleared to staff when booked for including breakfast via Klook website. Example: when booking paid and including breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid, but still hotel staff charging for kid breakfast even though paid already.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff and valet attendants were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day. Overall, a great experience thanks to the attentive staff and comfortable accommodations. Would definitely recommend!

Room, a/c n bed/pillows are clean n proper. Whereas toilet/bath/sink requires thorough cleaning. Bathroom walls/tiles are quite mouldy. Toilet sink needs to be replaced. Guests lifts are weird with unpleasant smell.
