Everything was great, got Block G, a little closer to the lobby, water splash & food. Check-in & out using a number system. Easy peasy.

first time booking this resort. no bad. Going anywhere also near. got their own beach. but only 4 rooms have seaview. so nice view at night. just that the food so so only. others all ok. hotel location: very convenient transport access: buggy can bring u to restaurant, room, lobby breakfast: so so only

I booked a Deluxe King Room and the sea view was awesome. The breakfast was average, but the hotel staff were kind, and check-in and check-out were smooth. There was no iron provided in the room, but I saw one in the hallway, so I used it and returned it to its place. Overall, it's worth staying for one night.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Westin Desaru Coast. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, with a lovely beachfront and great facilities for families. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the room did not feel as cosy as expected, even with the air-conditioning and fan. It could be improved for better comfort. Overall, still a great place to relax and unwind, and we would consider returning.

Had a pleasant stay! Would definitely return, good for a quick getaway. Lots of food options around the vicinity and only 15 minutes drive away to the public beach.
