Really adventure.The kids enjoyed it and a nice moment.we go on tuesday usually the park close on tuesday but during public holiday park open.so not crowded..Very Enjoy.100% recomended thank klook!!

Easy to find, and not much people at the top when I went in the evening. Staff was friendly. Quiet place to chill if you have nothing to do in JB, or want to see views from high level.

great experience during my 1st anniversary here. warm greeting from the staffs. the staff was so nice. i had the chance for geting buy 1 free 1 for my dinner buffet. really amazing with the performance show that night

Pros: Staff, cleanliness, restaurants with a decent selection and reasonable price. convenience stores too follow the same principle of not marking up to 'resort prices '. private beach is clean and is alright. Breakfast is Malaysian menu heavy, but we enjoyed it.. Cons: Buggy arrangement can be a but hit and miss on busy weekends. Among the many resort facilities listed - some of the more fun items which we wanted to such as archery, paintball etc . appear to be permanently closed. There are some other options which are available for a fee such as mini-putt, karaoke, funland for little kids and Playstation rooms. We used splash pool, beach and funland and spent the rest of the time driving out to away attractions such as croc farm, firefly park, mini zoo, temple village, Rapid etc, for which Lotus was a good base.

Nice place to stay, but booking information is not cleared to staff when booked for including breakfast via Klook website. Example: when booking paid and including breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid, but still hotel staff charging for kid breakfast even though paid already.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Westin Desaru Coast. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, with a lovely beachfront and great facilities for families. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only downside was that the room did not feel as cosy as expected, even with the air-conditioning and fan. It could be improved for better comfort.
Overall, still a great place to relax and unwind, and we would consider returning.

Amazing resort. The rooms were spacious, clean and really comfortable. Service from check-in to check-out was warm and helpful. The facilities were well-maintained. Breakfast buffet spread was excellent. We actually miss the place.

I booked a Deluxe King Room and the sea view was awesome. The breakfast was average, but the hotel staff were kind, and check-in and check-out were smooth. There was no iron provided in the room, but I saw one in the hallway, so I used it and returned it to its place. Overall, it's worth staying for one night.
