Hyvät puolet: Henkilökunta, siisteys, ravintolat, joissa on kunnollinen valikoima ja kohtuullinen hinta. Myös lähikaupat noudattavat samaa periaatetta, etteivät ne nosta hintoja 'lomakeskushinnoiksi'. Yksityinen ranta on puhdas ja ihan hyvä. Aamiainen on malesialaispainotteinen, mutta nautimme siitä. Huonot puolet: Golfkärryjärjestelyt voivat olla hieman epävarmoja kiireisinä viikonloppuina. Monista luetelluista lomakeskuksen palveluista – jotkut hauskemmat, joita olisimme halunneet, kuten jousiammunta, paintball jne. – näyttävät olevan pysyvästi suljettuja. Tarjolla on joitakin muita maksullisia vaihtoehtoja, kuten minigolf, karaoke, huvipuisto pienille lapsille ja Playstation-huoneet. Käytimme roisketta, rantaa ja huvipuistoa ja vietimme lopun ajasta ajellen pois nähtävyyksiin, kuten krokotiilifarmille, tulikärpäspuistoon, minieläintarhaan, temppelikylään, Rapidiin jne., joille Lotus oli hyvä tukikohta.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Westin Desaru Coast. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, with a lovely beachfront and great facilities for families. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the room did not feel as cosy as expected, even with the air-conditioning and fan. It could be improved for better comfort. Overall, still a great place to relax and unwind, and we would consider returning.

Amazing resort. The rooms were spacious, clean and really comfortable. Service from check-in to check-out was warm and helpful. The facilities were well-maintained. Breakfast buffet spread was excellent. We actually miss the place.

Nice place to stay, but booking information is not cleared to staff when booked for including breakfast via Klook website. Example: when booking paid and including breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid, but still hotel staff charging for kid breakfast even though paid already.

I booked a Deluxe King Room and the sea view was awesome. The breakfast was average, but the hotel staff were kind, and check-in and check-out were smooth. There was no iron provided in the room, but I saw one in the hallway, so I used it and returned it to its place. Overall, it's worth staying for one night.

checkin process is fast and easy. room is clean and comfortable, surprisingly microwave also provided. good for holiday

The staff is very friendly. The view is beautiful and relaxing. However, the cleanliness inside the bathroom is room for improvement. Found ants around. Overall is a good experience and enjoyable.
