The tour is the best way to test your fortitude, see a country off the beaten track, and interact with locals. Unforgettable memories & friendships forged! DU is a very good and nice tour guide, the driver with her was very polite as well, i didn’t get his name but he deserve an appreciation as weel. Highly recommended

30 minutes at Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) is just right, not too rushed. 2 hours at the zoo was excellent, with plenty of animal interaction time. The 1-hour safari bus tour to see the wild animals was much better than the Jungle Car, and clearer! There was 1 hour of free time in the small animal area, where you can feed the animals! 2 hours was just right. Other tours only have 90 minutes, so I deliberately chose this 2-hour tour, and they didn't cheat me!! Finally, we took photos at the Yufuin trailhead, beautiful! 2 hours of free time in Yufuin; I was staying overnight at a Yufuin onsen hotel, so I left my suitcase on the tour bus and picked it up at the last stop. This is quite perfect, except the tour bus stopped near Snoopy, and I wasn't notified in advance, so I walked 15 minutes to the hotel and was very tired.

It was our first time taking a tour, and Tomas was our guide — he did an amazing job. You don’t get a lot of time at each attraction, but you do have enough time to take some pictures and learn a little bit about the places. We really enjoyed our Beppu trip. Our favorite part was the safari. Thank you for everything!

This Kyushu trip was incredibly fulfilling! Our tour guide, Ms. Xu, was particularly outstanding. Her Mandarin and English were both fluent, and her explanations were clear and engaging, allowing every tourist to gain a deep understanding of each attraction's charm. During the itinerary, Yufuin's tranquil streets and the morning mist over Lake Kinrin were picturesque. The cobalt blue hot springs of Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) were astonishing natural wonders. And the Kyushu Natural Animal Park offered a unique and fascinating animal encounter experience. The only minor drawback was that a little more time there would have been perfect, allowing everyone to enjoy the experience at a more leisurely pace. Overall, Ms. Xu's professional, detailed explanations and thoughtful service, combined with the stunning scenery, made for an unforgettable trip. Highly recommended!

Joined a day tour in Kyushu today, covering four attractions. I thought the pace would be rushed, but it wasn't tiring at all because the driver and tour guide arranged everything so well. Our guide, Jin, was practically a walking encyclopedia! His explanations were interesting and funny, even the elders and kids listened attentively to his stories. **First stop: Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) Bicolor Hot Spring Spectacle ♨️** The blue and red hot spring pools are actually two different mineral compositions. Our guide, Jin, explained very carefully why two pools so close together would have different colors. **Second stop: Kyushu Animal Forest 🦁** I thought the elders and teenagers would find watching animals boring, but they all turned into "wow wow wow" while constantly taking pictures of the animals. Although we couldn't ride the cage car to feed the animals, we still took many beautiful animal photos while riding in the air-conditioned bus. My family was most happy about feeding the ponies and touching the kangaroos. **Third stop: Yufuin Street Food Guide 🍡** Before getting off the bus, our guide, Jin, provided each family with a Yufuin food map. We took the elders and youngsters to explore the street food, trying different local delicacies, but the weather was really hot! **Fourth stop: Mt. Yufu Trailhead ⛰️** The last stop of the trip was the Mt. Yufu trailhead. I thought it would be ordinary, planning to take a photo in 10 minutes after getting off the bus, but it turned out to be a super-sized mountain view IMAX theater! The lush green mountains stretched to the horizon, making me feel refreshed!

Our Tourguide, Kevin, was really nice and funny. Our highlights were the hot springs in Beppu, besides the smell, we really enjoyed them. The colour of the water combined with the steam was truly remarkable, definitely worth a trip! The frog temple was cute too and even though Yufuin was extremely crowded we adored the cute shops, except for the animal cages. Overall, we recommend this tour!

It was a great experience, driver very knowledgeable of landmark location. He recommended place for meal and also brought us to a location with great view for nice pictures since he realise we prefer scenery over shopping. Driver is fluent in multiple languages, very helpful in communicating with Japanese merchant/staff when needed. Great driving skill eventhough we went through winding road in mountainous area, it was a stable ride throughout the journey. Whole family from seniors to children enjoy the whole trip in fact we booked 2 day trips with this company to different places. Highly recommended and totally worth the price paid !

The vehicle is clean and spacious. The guide, while not particularly chatty or didn’t offer to help load the luggages when picking us up, he was helpful to look for my son’s airpod that fell out of his ear. I did find it costly and puzzling to pay extra 14000 yen for extra hours and driving an empty car back to Fukuoka since we changed accomodation to the last destination of that day’s itinerary (nagabetaki fall, kokonoe yume suspension bridge, tadawara wetland, beppu ropeway, Yufuin), so not going back to Fukuoka. I’m unsure if I’m being charged for the time spent by the driver-guide driving back to Fukuoka alone.
