Things to do in Hakone Onsen

I really loved having the outdoor hot springs; it was so wonderful! After the hot springs, I relaxed in the relaxation room, even dozing off, then went back to the hot springs again, and it was just fantastic. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities are all provided. I booked in advance through Klook, which made it affordable! It was also nice to explore the outdoor area on the first floor, as there were some great photo spots.

We went on a rainy day and this place was like paradise! Both us and the kids had so much fun.

Very relaxing and calm experience. There is a lot of things to do the at the onsen place 5 hours isn’t enough all of the activities there. The water hot springs is not too hot or cold when dip in. Everyone there has their own thing that you won’t feel concious.

Our experience on the "Tokyo: Fuji, Hakone, and Izu 2-Day Hot Spring Tour" was fantastic! A special thank you to our guide, Mr. Zhang Ting, whose service was incredibly enthusiastic. He provided detailed introductions to many local specialties and authentic delicacies. The hotel we stayed at was very comfortable, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The entire itinerary included many classic and stunning scenic spots, with a moderate and unhurried pace. It was perfectly suitable even for traveling with elderly family members, and I highly recommend it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Tour guide Zhan Jie was absolutely fantastic! We didn't miss a single stop, including the Lake Ashi pirate ship, Hakone Shrine, and the Atami Fireworks Festival. The itinerary was smooth, the pace was comfortable, and there was no shopping involved. The guide's explanations were lively and engaging. On the evening of our return, there was a huge crowd, and he was very foresightful, concerned we might miss our train. He specially arranged for our vehicle to arrive early, allowing everyone to get on right after the fireworks, completely eliminating any stress about rushing for the train! The meeting instructions were clear and precise, and the service was thoughtful and thorough, making the round trip from Tokyo completely worry-free. It's rare to find such a responsible Chinese-speaking guide, I genuinely and highly recommend him! 👍👍👍👍👍

The trip to Mount Fuji and Hakone was very well-structured and organized, right from the beginning until the time we ended the trip via Shinkansen and returned to Tokyo Station. Our tour guide, Ms. Rachel, was excellent and had very good English pronunciation. She was able to explain about every location that we went to and was very punctual, driving the team back to the bus on time. The options of the meal for local Japanese cuisine were also good, and so was the venue. The variety of the meals could be slightly better, but overall, it was a decent meal break for lunch. The trip was enjoyable. Our stop at the fifth station of Mount Fuji was beautiful, allowing us to get a clear view of Mount Fuji after our morning start. This was followed by lunch around 11:00 or 11:15, then a visit to the Hakone Ropeway, and afterward, a ride on the amazing pirate ship. The return journey via Shinkansen was also a good experience. We were able to get seats in Shinkansen bullet train.
