Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with both cold and hot showers, complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea, plus a mini fridge. The flat iron was a nice touch and came in handy. The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating — we arrived around midnight and were still able to check in smoothly, even receiving a free room upgrade. The charging ports were different from ours, but the hotel provided adapters, and there were also USB charging options in the room which made it very convenient. Location-wise, it was excellent — just a few steps from Jalan Alor, the monorail, the MRT, and Pavilion Mall. The area was surrounded by food stalls, convenience stores, and restaurants, making it easy to grab a meal or any essentials anytime. Despite being close to nightlife spots, the room was impressively soundproof, so we slept peacefully without any disturbance. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the price.

The location is good. The breakfast was a good spread. We took the urban room, it was cosy and the staffs were friendly. They also decorated the room for my and my fren’s bdae (only upon request).
