i arrived early at 9 am. check in time started after 2 pm. but upon my request they manages to give me the room at 12:30 pm. i booked a double room and i requested them to give me an extra single bed. they provided it and i was very happy with their response. thanks j hotel staff for an amazing stay. the breakfast was very good too. the bathroom could use some minor upgrades like a holder/tray in shower area for my personal soap/shampoo. the sink drain kept clogging for some reason. other than that everything was excellent. breakfast: 10 cleanliness: 9 service: 10 hotel location: 10 transport access: 10

The bed was nice, the location is great, and parking is free. The room is spacious with a beautiful view. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The staff are friendly, always smiling, and greeting guests whenever we pass by. The only minor thing is that the air conditioner takes a bit of time to cool down the room. The floor a bit wet maybe the staff was cleaning the room right before we came in and there’s small cleaning towel left at the bathtub but I just put it aside.. Overall, a great stay!

I would say the only thing that annoyed me is the valet, because it is a shared service between an apartment and a hotel. But other than that, from the way, from the moment I checked in to the room, everything was perfect. I also ordered room service and the food is good, the pool is pretty, and I love the location, how it's very central with each other. Overall, I would love to come back again.

The room was very spacious. Out of my expectation. The cleanliness is good too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended hotel.

Best hotel & good food! 😍 The staff are friendly. I got a room with a cockroach the other day, called them, and they immediately changed my room. 😍 Cleanliness: 9/10 Breakfast: 9/10 Service: 10/10

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and well-equipped, and all the facilities were easily accessible. Everything was convenient and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Howard Johnson by Wyndham 118 offers great accessibility from KL Sentral. Exploring the city was effortless thanks to the nearby monorail and bus options. The staff provided exceptional and helpful service, and the rooms were maintained impeccably clean throughout my stay. Overall, a delightful experience

A nice hotel to stay in as shopping mall have a direct access from the hotel. Hotel Staff are nice and professional. I have no issue in staying and it surprised me that you can on the fan and switch off the aircon. A plus point for me. I will come back again.

Good location - just a few steps away from everything. Good price and friendly staff. Hopefully their towels get updated ☺️
