I'm giving 5 star rating because it's honestly a good hotel. Staff friendly, rooms clean, basic amenities. I'm very frustrated with guests not being able to read clear signs...no smoking...posted everywhere! The first room was so smelly from cigarettes. The friendly staff changed our room. Then in the middle of the night someone smoking again. And 6am woke up because the smoking so strong. There are so many hotels that allow smoking. Wish guests would be more considerate of others

 of the best urban hotels we have stayed in. Rooms and building were clean and well-maintained, have to highlight the shower which was fantastic. Parking was a bit of a hassle in the afternoon, but ample parking spaces are available in the evening. However, minus one star as the room did not come with a mini fridge, and ironing facilities have to be shared with other guests in the corridor.
