our place was a free upgrade given when we checked in, the spacecious room was well maintained and we loved the free water provided without us asking for more

room is spacious and fit 5 of my family members. the mattress and pillows were amazingly comfortable. but location wise is quite hard if you dont drive since cars cant wait too long infront of the hotel. otherwise, its great! and u can see the kl tower by the balcony, nice lil view while walking in and out of the room.

Great location, Great environment

a very good hotel. clean room & quality amenities. air cond in the room functions well & easy to control. a nice touch in providing take away coffee cups for those who are in a rush, can always bring the coffee with them. valet parking service at RM20/entry was helpful considering the hotel doesnt provide car park for guests. room facing residences was quiter compared to face the main road. view from rooftop bar was nice.

Location wise. Accommodating staffs. Clean rooms. Good ambience to relax especially in the rooftop. Definitely will book again.

Located strategically in Bukit Bintang. Near landmark site. Offers discounts to activities and food nearby. Ideal for family trips.
