We had a wonderful stay. The highlight was the incredibly warm and friendly staff — the best 5-star hospitality we’ve experienced. Strategically located near many attractions, the area is mainly business offices, so it’s quiet at night. The hotel sits next to The Exchange TRX with direct access to the mall via elevator, making shopping very convenient. Cons: ride-hailing apps often refuse trips due to heavy traffic, so arranging a private driver is easier during peak hours. Rooms are comfortable with well-equipped amenities available upon request. The bathroom is excellent, and the tower views are beautiful. In-room dining was great. Cons: limited space between the bed and wall due to a large cabinet, empty fridge, and slight new-furniture smell at first (later improved). Breakfast offered an outstanding variety, fresh and well-prepared, with very attentive staff. The hotel itself is newly opened, featuring a café and restaurant, with great potential. Highly recommended.

had a great stay on new year eve, booked premium tower view, can view 118, TRX, KL tower, bit of KLCC. great view. spacious room, spacious bathroom, water pressure is good. enjoyed the kimpton kickstart & social hour. greatly recommend!
