Nice and clean hotel. Good spot for vacation.

book for my rest day.sleeping lion suites located near mrt bukit bintang around 5 minute walking.nearby mall is pavilion,lot 10 mall,sg wang plaza,fahrenheit.for the junior room that i book complete with iron n board,hair dryer but for mini fridge not cold.mattress also big and comfortable.towel is clean too like new.bathroom amenities also complete.there also prayer mat on the table drawer.not all hotel can provide this,thank you to the management.maybe next time i will book the big room.for the junior room it's not suitable for family with kids.but if you dont mind the space,yes u can try it.for aircond at first maybe u feel not cold enough but later is ok.the check in process is smooth.but u have to take the no from the guard first.for the check out just give the card to the counter staff.but for lobby is crowded exspecially on weekends.for the lift is still exceptable,by the time i use not too many people using it.and importantly is no deposit if you book this hotel.

Clean, spacious and amazing location. its a 5mins walk from the pavillion and less than 20mins from most of the tourist attractions. i will definitely book this again when i come back to KL.

The hotel feels like you're in a luxury accomodation. Staffs are nice and hospitable. Location are very accessible, near some local foods and ten minutes away from MRT.

decent hotel for the price, few hours around check in lobby can be busy and bit of a line forms at elevators. room service (cleaning) times seam a bit sporadic times we left the clean room sign went out few hours and nothing, or they ring and ask what time so we go out and come back few hours later and still nothing then would ring our door bell after we get back and relax for cleaning.. in end just opted for clean towels and new water as we were getting frustrated. hot water on room seams to have a 5-10min limit and runs out so make sure have quick shower. king size bed in Malaysia is like a double bed-queen size in Australia not very wide. 24/7 check was great though checking in a around 4am just emailed hotel in advanced just to give them a heads up. overall the room was spacious and clean and had decent view. I just think cleaning was understaffed and elevators can get busy at times. overall still happy with the hotel good location.

very well located at good malls and places. just abit crowded at lobby and lifts. check in and out is fast. Pick up point is convenient for grab drivers too.
