Great location in Bukit Bintang. close to monorail station, but Grab was easy to hail and cost effective, so we used that. Close to Lot10 shopping centre and Pavilion. Breakfast and tea break included in our package were decent. Only issue is that we discovered used tissues under the bed; despite informing the cleaner a few times, these were left there. Areas not under the bed were ok.

Returning customer, location is good with many food options near by. the toilet is abit small though. overall ok.

Room is clean and good. we enjoyed our stay. hotel is near to many eateries and malls. carpark is rm10 from 3pm for 24 hourly.

We super enjoyed our stay with ParkRoyal. The ambiance is so cozy, the hotel room is so spacious, the hotel staff are so pleasant and warm. I definitely give a rating of 11/10. Great job, ParkRoyal! 🫶🏻

Always love going back to Ruma for some unwinding and recharging. It's indeed a sanctuary in the city and pretty darn good!
