Service: Upon arrival at the hotel, you need to WhatsApp the hotel staff to come down to the lobby to pick you up, as the hotel only occupies a few floors within this apartment building. You can also contact the hotel concierge via WhatsApp. Cleanliness: It was clean and hygienic, but the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Location: Very convenient, just cross a skybridge to reach the adjacent Pavilion shopping mall. Transportation: It's easy to call a Grab. Disadvantage: The hotel only provides a limited supply of bottled drinking water.

i arrived early at 9 am. check in time started after 2 pm. but upon my request they manages to give me the room at 12:30 pm. i booked a double room and i requested them to give me an extra single bed. they provided it and i was very happy with their response. thanks j hotel staff for an amazing stay. the breakfast was very good too. the bathroom could use some minor upgrades like a holder/tray in shower area for my personal soap/shampoo. the sink drain kept clogging for some reason. other than that everything was excellent.

Komune Living Hotel is located in a very strategic area, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the convenience of having Starbucks, facial treatments, and massage services right at the Ground Floor adds great value to the stay.

We booked this via Klook and secured an excellent price of 12,000 pesos for a signature single bedroom. However, upon checking in, we were upgraded to a signature double room, or signature two rooms, which provided us with a spacious living room, a single bedroom, and a queen bedroom. The only drawback was that the heating was somewhat problematic, making it difficult to find the right temperature for our hot showers. Nevertheless, everything else was perfect: the location, the accommodation, the convenient laundry, and all the other aspects that mattered most to us as traveling virtual assistants. We prioritize value and quality so this not just 5 stars but 10 stars
