the staffs are super nice and accomodating they even upgraded us from king to suite as a gift for we are celebrating our honeymoon there.We had the best view of petronas twin towers they granted our request to have a petals decor, the free breakfast meal was good especially the smoked salmon (my fav!) 💕

We stayed here with our two boys (11 and 7), and the location is flawless. Being right on KLCC Park means the kids can run around easily, and the free buggy service straight to Suria KLCC Mall is incredibly convenient. The absolute highlight was booking the Twin Towers view room—watching the spires light up at night right from our window was unforgettable. Make sure to head up to SkyBar on the 33rd floor during the day for fantastic family photos with the towers right behind you. Pro-tip: Spend the extra bit for the newly refurbished Twin Towers view rooms. The unblocked view is worth every penny and saves you from fighting the street crowds for a great photo!

We had a great stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur by Shangri-La! The location is excellent—near Pavilion, walking distance to KLCC with a free buggy service, about 30 minutes from Batu Caves, and around an hour from the airport. The view of the Petronas Towers was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was fast, and the express check-out made leaving hassle-free. Our room was clean, cozy, and came with complete toiletries. We also appreciated the complimentary chocolates, which were a lovely touch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend staying here!
