The tour is nice and the guide was giving a lot of information. However, this one should be highlighted that it is in Chinese ONLY. I can understand some part of the introduction but the experience would have been nicer if I know that this is in Chinese only, no English. I would remember to check all the earlier review before booking a tour now.

Highly recommend this museum for just about anyone. Great price for adults and free for seniors (65+) and elementary school kids. There are six floors of interactive exhibits for all ages AND virtually all of them are also in English. The IMAX film (~17 minutes) was also great! I went on a Tuesday with half of the elementary schools in the city so just a heads up as there were kids everywhere (loud and running around). Eat before or after as not many options and not good. Could easily spend all day there. Water refills stations and bathrooms throughout and exhibits were well done.

If you have the money, I highly recommend this experience. If you have two people, it’s much cheaper as well (it was just me though). I’ve done this in Taipei and at EuropaPark theme park in Germany so it was cool to see the history of this this experience originated. Staff are friendly and speak English. Recommend using Klook and must book at least one day in advance (earlier spots are less busy). It’s a little out there location wise but I eventually found it.

entrance ticket is about the same price as buying on-site. quick and easy redemption. its a very beautiful place and its recommended to come. you may walk to the ferry pier nearby and take a boat trip to visit Cijin Island together.

Since I was bringing my mom along this time for a relaxing massage, we were able to add extra services during the phone call, making it convenient for them to schedule the time and therapist. My mother has had experiences where she felt worse after a massage due to excessive pressure, but after trying it together this time, she happily said, "I feel so wonderful after the massage! It wasn't painful at all and was very relaxing." Unlike my mother, I have a muscular build. The therapist who gave me the shiatsu massage had strong hands and great technique, really helping to relieve the tension in my shoulders, neck, and upper back fascia. Although using a voucher doesn't allow you to choose a specific therapist, as long as you communicate your needs and preferences on-site, there isn't a body they can't help relax.

I'd like to clarify the schedule for other travelers, as the official website and brochure aren't very detailed. The 10:40 AM departure arrives at Hongmaogang at 11:20 AM. If you plan to have lunch at the revolving restaurant, you'll need to call ahead for a reservation. You can book for 11:30 AM, which also helps you avoid the hot sun. For the return trip, you need to gather at the Hongmaogang waiting room by 1:40 PM, and the return departure time is 1:50 PM. Most importantly, you will arrive back at the original departure point at 2:30 PM after a 40-minute boat ride (not 1:50 PM).

It was my first time on the boat, and the captain was very attentive and sang well, but unfortunately, it rained that day! A bit of a shame! The experience was great; it was my first time cruising the Love River! Enjoying the scenery while listening to songs! The coach was very nice, gentle, and thoughtful, even lending me an umbrella when it rained!

We had a great time at Hamasen Museum of Taiwan Railway. The giant model railway was impressive, and the train ride was fun. The museum is clean, educational, and suitable for all ages. Definitely worth a visit!

It's recommended to visit Jingyuan Farm after 3 PM to avoid the heat (however, the animal area closes at 5 PM). You can explore the animal area first, then head to the play area. There's also a hippo feeding show to watch, a viewing area, a grassy area, and performances, so you can easily spend a long time there.
