This was my first time experiencing the Kim Ha Vietnamese hair wash, and overall, I was extremely satisfied. The salon environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and polite. From the moment I was greeted to the end of the service, I felt completely relaxed. The hair wash included a head, neck, and shoulder massage, performed with professional technique and just the right amount of pressure, which really relieved the fatigue and stress from my daily work. Every step of the process was done with great care, showing their dedication and professionalism. After the wash, my scalp felt refreshed, and my neck and shoulders were much more relaxed; I felt completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to relax and unwind, and I will definitely be returning!

Amazing!!! I implore everyone who comes to Kaohsiung to try this!! My first time trying Vietnamese hair washing, it's head-to-toe care!! Sister A Xiang helped me wash my hair, and she's super skilled!! It felt like her fingers were dancing on my scalp and face! My scalp has never felt so relaxed~ The pressure was just right, the strength was suitable, and it was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep! Also, the cucumbers used for the facial smelled so fresh; I wanted to eat them even before having breakfast. Most importantly, the environment is clean and tidy! There are also cute cats and dogs~ I'll definitely come again next time!!

Booked for Saturday morning, the weather was scorching, but the products used made my scalp feel incredibly cool and comfortable. I also added a $300 scalp exfoliation treatment on the spot, which was a great experience. I was served by Ah Ming and a very enthusiastic and lovely foreign girl.

Masseuse QiQi provides really great service. Whether it's the hair wash or massage, it's very comfortable. The scalp exfoliation included with Klook is also fantastic. I hope Klook can discuss with the store about whether it's possible to specify a designer, since it seems you can only do that in person~

I saw a shop dog here before, but this time there's a shop cat instead 🤣. It's super convenient to purchase and make reservations through Klook. It's perfect for people who don't like making phone calls – you can complete the entire reservation process through the app!

It was my first time trying Vietnamese shampoo and it was quite comfortable. The masseur was thin but very strong. There was also a snack at the end. The dog in the shop was very cute☺️
