Too bad you cant choose what theme you want. What we got is a Mermaid theme. Room is spacious. Toilet a bit small. Lobby average. No breakfast included. There is no shopping or restaurants beside or near hotel. Overall good for family of 4.

Large room. 10-15 min walk from 2 train stations. Staff was helpful holding bags when we came early. Only complaint is only 2 small elevators, one was down when we were there.

fabulously cheap n spacious, Kung Shang Design Hotel is a jewel for traveller who enjoys space for stay. Breakfast included in the plan offers a great variety spread of nutritious n tasty local deli. Always my first choice for Kaohsiung whenever I'm in town.

It's in the downtown area around the Kaohsiung Train Station, and next to the famous night market. The PX mart is just right across it, which is quite convenient for visitors to do some shopping and get some fresh fruits. The room was spacious and the staff are well-trained. The playroom for kids are awesome. Kids just love it and had a great time. The breakfast are simple but lovely with some selections. We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. Hope to visit it again soon.
