This hotel was a great choice for my stay. The view from the room was lovely, whether overlooking the sea or the area around the Morning Market. What really stood out to me was how convenient the room facilities were. Every room comes with its own microwave, washing machine, and dryer, which made the stay much more comfortable and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

A small but conveniently located hotel at the JR. There are many food options nearby and the seafood breakfast was very appetising and reasonably priced! Kids eat free too! Loved the pillow choosing area at the lobby and they also accept donations for clothes you don’t need at the end of your trip! Most impressive is the laundry. The machines wash and dry altogether, which is convenient!

This is a very comfortable hotel with an excellent location. Self-check-in was very convenient, and the luggage storage area on the first floor is spacious, allowing you to explore the nearby shops before returning to pick up your bags. The hotel staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!

Modern and great stay. highlights is the transport /shuttle to places of interest ! and of course the public bath facilities!

The room was excellent and spacious. Loved the breakfast too. Location was central that we could walk to the main attractions.

The room was much bigger than I thought! The hotel was right next to JR Hakodate station so it was extremely convenient.

After several searches, I unexpectedly found a great discount that included breakfast. The location is also close to Hakodate JR Station, and there's a streetcar stop right in front, making transportation very convenient!
