Had a wonderful day trip to Biei and Furano! 🍂🇯🇵 Big thanks to Lucy for the great tour arrangements and friendly service, and to the drivers for being punctual, professional and driving safely. Everything went smoothly, and we had an amazing time exploring Hokkaido’s beautiful scenery. Highly recommended! ❤️✨

On August 25, 2026, we met at Exit 31 of Datong Station to join the 11:10 AM tour. We had the pleasure of having Hanna, a very elegant and knowledgeable tour guide, and Mr. Kasai, our driver. Hanna professionally explained the itinerary and provided excellent service throughout the trip. The advantage of departing a bit later was truly great, as we avoided large crowds and rush hour traffic on the way back. We didn't even have to wait in line for dinner. Although the journey was a bit long, it was well worth it for the beautiful scenery. We visited the Blue Pond, the Herb Garden (shopping for lavender products), Shikisai-no-Oka, Farm Tomita, a melon farm, and enjoyed the illuminated Ningle Terrace at Furano Prince Hotel (a nighttime activity). We returned at 9 PM.

had a fantastic day trip with Lisa and her colleague! The day was much better than it looked online and i thoroughly enjoyed it! The flower farms and blue pond were gorgeous and at each stop, Lisa was extremely informative. I chose the non buffet and so i got to choose a meal from the restaurant which was great. They even had a curry labelled vegan. Lisa recommended to try the white corn and the melon and bith were delicious. i would definitely recommend

A well-designed itinerary that allows just enough time to enjoy each destination without feeling too rushed. Our wonderful guide James speak three languages including Chinese and English. He's very attentive and helpful. The lavender is already gone in late September but the other flowers are still in bloom. 100% recommended!

Amazing Hokkaido Day Trip with Lucy! We had a wonderful day exploring the beautiful sights of Hokkaido! Lucy was an excellent guide—friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire trip. We had a little mishap at the start of the trip since our tour was packed and some guests didn’t follow the seating arrangements. Overall, the places we visited were very lovely. Don’t forget to try their lavender and melon soft serve!

When visiting Hokkaido, it is highly recommended to take a trip to Furano and Biei. The area is filled with the scent of lavender and the historical traces of local snowmelt and volcanic mudflows. Although the attractions are not large, the lakeside views, autumn leaves, and gardens all feel like paintings. Our tour guide today was Mr. Hikaru, whom I highly recommend to everyone.

Thank you so much to our tour guide, Ms. Hanna Wu Di, and our driver, Mr. Shanfang, for their enthusiastic service. The experience was simply amazing! The itinerary was arranged logically and thoughtfully throughout. We caught the last leg of the Shikisai-no-Oka flower fields, saw the autumn-hued Blue Pond and the stunning Shirahige Waterfall, and wrapped up the day with the night illumination at Shikisai no Oka. It was a trip well worth taking! Hanna was extremely professional, seamlessly switching between Mandarin, English, and Japanese to introduce the features and background of each attraction. Along the way, she also recommended local specialty foods and souvenirs, providing incredible emotional support. ｡◕‿◕｡ Looking forward to our next trip to Hokkaido! ✈️ (★ω★)

The guide was very nice and approachable. She knew our itinerary well and we were always on time. She spoke in English very well and gave a few interesting facts about the places. The tour went well and overall I was happy with all the places we've seen. I wished there was more time for each loaction but I understand there was a schedule to be followed.
