We enjoyed our day trip to Shifen, Jiufen and the Taiwanese pineapple pastry shop. Our guide, Jeff, was okay, but the tour felt a little rushed and we would have liked more time at each place. The driver was very friendly and Jeff, took good care of us throughout the trip. Although the time was limited, we still enjoyed the experience overall. Thank you for taking care of us!

I booked Klook for a day tour in Taiwan’s famous tourist spots for my family. Our tour guide is Xiao-Hei and he was PERFECT!! He made sure that the tour experience was great even if there was rain. He took a lot of beautiful pictures and was very kind to us. He was very knowledgeable in every place we went to and even shared the history and facts for each place we went to. We had fun listening to Xiao-Hei because he knew everything about Taiwan and what are the best stores we can buy from. I want to thank Xiao-Hei for giving my family and I the best tour experience since we had first timers in the group. I was impressed by how he did the tour and will surely book klook again for our future travels. I will recommend this to my family and friends! Gabe was so amazing, everything was well explained even had casual conversations about Taiwan. He was very accomodating and took good pictures for us, he even know Japanese which was cool. This was a great tour and we had a blast. This tour is good cause there are not much tourist and more locals so it is quiet and peaceful until yeliu.

He is kind, humorous, and incredibly resourceful, and he truly made our time in Taipei both enjoyable and memorable. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, with excellent time management at each stop. We especially appreciated the relaxed pace, the scenic little walks, and the delightful surprises along the way. Jeffrey also helped us capture many wonderful moments—we took lots of photos, and he made sure we had great shots to remember the day by. The food in Jiufen was delicious, and the lantern activities were a highlight, creating lasting memories for all of us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The place were nice and astounding. The car was ao comfortable and the ride was so smooth. The driver, Jackson, was nice too. Unfortunately, we came to the grassland that's full of fog. Therefore, we have another reason to come back to Taiwan, to take photo with clear and nice view of Grassland. It was a nice day tour. We all had fun!

the shifen water fall is the best , i wish we could have just skipped the cats and spend more tome in shifen water falls but over all its good! the tour guide let me borrow the umbrella
