Things to do in Kinrin Lake

The tour is quite fully planned, it covers quite a few different areas in which the shopping time was a bit rush. We had to give up on some of the shops and food due to long queue which is understandable as these are famous attractions. The tour guide Nicole Yang is fantastic, she has a great attitude providing great customer service. She has planned well and her recommendations are really helpful. She does above and beyond to make this tour more enjoyable. She is professional and friendly, she helped us to order food in the train saving us time. The driver also deserves a praise, his driving skills are excellent also very friendly and helpful. Overall we are extremely satisfied with Nicole’s service. The only suggestion is that may be cut out 1 attraction which would give more time for us to explore the places and more time for shopping and eating. In my situation I would prefer to spend a bit more time in Yufuin. Overall we still recommend this tour.

The tour did not feel rushed. Just the right pace for people who like to visit multiple spots. Our tour guide, Ms. Nicole, was also very warm and approachable. She even sent us files of recommended stores to visit and food to try both in Hakata and within the area where we had our tour. She also speaks good english. I am a solo traveler but I did not feel left out on this tour. Ms. Nicole even offered to take my photos but I'm shy so I refused. 😆 Overall, this tour is highly recommended. Arigato gozaimasu! 🇯🇵

I am glad the tour guide assigned in our trip was Daisy. She was the same guide we had last year in our Mt. Aso tour. As before, she was very nice, insightful, and helpful. She provided relevant information and information and concern to the tour participants. We had ample time to explore Beppu m.

It was a great experience! 😊 Even though the weather was pretty harsh today, Kevin handled everything really well and made sure it affected our trip as little as possible. He was friendly, helpful, and kept everything organized throughout the day .

I did the tour to see Takachiho Gorge and Aso Kusasenri, and I had a fantastic time. The tour was incredibly well-organized. Our guide, Sun, was knowledgeable and professional; he gave us great context about the area and guided us exceptionally well throughout the day. The gorge was beautiful, and the boat experience was so much fun. I also added the lunch package at the last minute and was really glad I did, because the food was delicious. We even got to see horses at Kusasenri, which was very cool. Overall, I highly recommend this tour!

Yufuin Village was absolutely beautiful and had so many shops and things to explore, especially along the alley leading to Yufuin Station. My eyes were literally “drooling” from all the beautiful things I saw! 😍✨ Thank you, Aida, for making the experience even more special! 💕

We spotted tour guide Nana's flag first thing in the morning. She was sweet and extremely dedicated, and she didn't waste any time talking when it was time for us to rest and catch up on sleep! Her Mandarin and English were both fluent, so there were zero communication barriers. Since I easily get motion sick, I had added a note requesting a front-seat before joining the tour, and they saved a seat for me. The scenery along the entire way was truly gorgeous, and everywhere we went had a wonderful, comfortable energy. Because we joined the Takachiho Gorge boating activity, our schedule required precise timing. As soon as we arrived at Takachiho Gorge, Nana gave instructions on the meeting time and place for those not boating, and then rushed forward with the nine of us who were participating in the boating activity! It turns out that boating time is limited, and failing to return within the designated time results in extra fees charged by the boat rental shop! The boats are not the easiest to steer, but it is a lot of fun. I highly recommend trying it out if you aren't traveling with very young children or elderly family members—since you're already there, you might as well! I highly recommend this tour and am very grateful to our guide, Nana, for giving us such a wonderful day! By the way, the mango shaved ice has very poor value for the money, so skip it! The soft-serve ice cream should be worth a try, though!

We are glad that we chosed to join this package to visit Yufuin. We hv a great tour guide Ms 高闯，she is very accommodating, friendly and cheerful, precise on meeting place and time to assemble, sharing a lots useful information along the way. The time slot for each place of attraction was sufficient she also shared a lot information and stories aside related to the attractions. I'll definitely recommend to my relatives and friends if any of them visiting Fukuoka in future. Thank you. kudos to Ms 高。

The tour guide,Lily is very helpful and explain a lot about the places that we are visiting , we enjoyed the day trip with her. Safari Zoo is fun ,with nice scenary and close encounter with the animals.Yufuin is magical with 龙猫characters, would like to come back again to spend more time to explore further. We would like to engage Lily's service again in further japan day trips.
