Things to do in Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo-Kitahiroshima

Our tour guide, Mr. Shao, introduced Lake Toya and Jigokudani (Hell Valley) in Noboribetsu in three languages: Chinese, English, and Japanese. He provided very detailed information about the geography and culture, and also shared Hokkaido's cuisine and specialties, giving us first-time visitors a wealth of information. We are very grateful for his dedication! Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide, (so sorry I forgot his name) who is a Taiwanese was very informative, accommodating and friendly. He even offered us to take our pictures. He's very considerate to the others who are a little bit late. We (with my husband and daughter) really enjoyed this tour. 5 stars for our guide.

First time booking a Klook day tour and we went to many places. Our tour guide, Ms. Ono, was very professional, and the driver was also very responsible.

It was a perfect trip. Transportation in Hokkaido isn't convenient, so choosing a day trip was wise. Our guide, Shao, was very attentive, his explanations were interesting, and the itinerary was well-planned. He recommended a seafood meal with great value for money. He also introduced us to a lot of local customs, delicious food, and good shopping options.

We joined the tour on 21 August 2025, and our guide, Lisa, was outstanding. She is very professional and speaks fluent Mandarin and English, and even communicated smoothly with the driver in Japanese. Throughout the trip, she introduced us to famous attractions and local foods in Hokkaido, guided us with clear instructions, and made the whole journey enjoyable. We especially loved her thoughtful idea of having a picnic at Lake Toya, where we could enjoy lunch while admiring the view of the “mini Mount Fuji.” It was truly a wonderful experience, and we are very grateful for her excellent guidance.

Our guide, Lisa, speaks English clearly and is easy to understand, even for those who don't primarily use English. The schedule was quite packed with many locations in the plan, making the time spent at each place feel a bit short.

all the places we visited is beautiful and memorable (despite a short period of time). the transportation and travel time is convenient. the assigned tour guide and driver are both respectful.

a must go destination / tour if you’re visiting Hokkaido! lake shikotsu was my favourite part, the yamasen bridge was beautiful. we actually had tour guide lisa yang two days in a row for two different tours, and she was so lovely and helpful in both! she did her best to help us resolve a ticketing issue with klook which we really appreciated! she’s also very good at taking photos :) that said, I don’t recommend purchasing tickets to see the bear ranch as it’s quite small and it’s a bit unsettling to see the bears locked up :( other than that, everything else in this tour was absolutely amazing 💕 thank you lisa!
