The location was excellent, right next to the night market. It was easy to make a reservation request on Klook immediately after purchasing through Klook. I used it on the same day I purchased it. The interior was very clean with high ceilings, giving it an open feel. I was full of anxiety as it was my first Vietnamese shampoo experience, but I received kind guidance. During the foot bath, I was asked if I wanted my fingernails and toenails cut. I declined because my nails weren't that long, but I wish I had gotten them cut after all. After moving to a room, you change clothes. You take off your underwear on your upper body and change into something you wear over your head like you would during an esthetic treatment. For the lower body, you wear shorts. Since they massage your décolleté and legs, changing clothes is a must. After a thorough cleansing, there's a facial massage, and then they put freshly cut cucumber slices all over your face as a face pack. Shampooing takes place during that time. The shampooing felt great, and they didn't use their fingernails to scrub painfully. Occasionally, and I mean very occasionally, water splashes on your face, but it's all part of the charm. After washing your hair once, they give you a scalp massage and then wash your hair again. Just when you think it's over, they come back for a second round, so I felt very satisfied. They wash your hair mostly with a regular shower. Towards the end, they use that semi-circular shower to rinse along your hairline and neck. That was a little ticklish. Finally, they dry your hair and you're done. I was very satisfied with the content and the price.
