Things to do in Featherdale Wildlife Park

Through Klook it was a very easy, reliable, and convenient way to purchase entry tickets to this beautiful Wildlife sanctuary in Sydney, Australia. It was my first time using the Klook website, it was fabulous and easy to navigate, pay via PayPal and acquire tickets. Our group was thoroughly impressed with the experience and highly recommend Featherdale as a must-see attraction when in Sydney. One gets up, close and personal with a range of native fauna like kangaroos, quokkas, koalas and farm animals. Great for young and old, a hands-on interactive adventure, perfect day out! ❤️

We went on a tour of Featherdale Wildlife Park and the Blue Mountains for our honeymoon! We were with Guide Kim Tae-young, and he made the travel time enjoyable by sharing interesting stories about Australia and Sydney. He also provided excellent explanations at each location, so we had a comfortable trip without a dull moment. Most importantly, he took really great photos, haha. He didn't even have a separate camera; he used our phones, but he captured the angles perfectly and knew all the best spots, so the results turned out much better than we expected. Since it was our honeymoon, we wanted to take a lot of pictures together, and thanks to him, we got many photos we love! At Featherdale, it was great to see kangaroos and koalas up close, and the scenery at the Blue Mountains was truly magnificent in person. The good weather made it even more satisfying. Even though it was a day trip with a fair amount of travel time, Guide Kim Tae-young made it comfortable and fun. His explanations were great, but I think you'll be especially satisfied if you're looking for a guide who takes excellent photos. It was a memorable day on our honeymoon. Thank you!

This was a Korean tour group, and although my friends and I are not Korean, our tour guide Kelvin was very attentive to us, frequently checking in English to make sure we understood. The zoo had a wide variety of animals, and while the park itself was a bit old, it was clear that the staff cared deeply for the animals. For dinner, we ate in a small town, and Kelvin thoughtfully recommended several restaurants; the laksa at Number 8 Eatery was particularly delicious. The weather wasn't what we expected, as it was cloudy and rainy, so we couldn't see the sunset or the stars. However, Kelvin still tried his best to ensure we had a good experience, taking us to see the bridge and the opera house, and providing blankets and umbrellas to group members who needed them. We understand that the weather is truly unpredictable, and knowing that the guide did his best, it was still a good experience.

Great experience. Enjoyed Sydney zoo a lot. Blue mountains is also nice but how i wish i have more time so i can explore the place more. the time we have is not sufficient to enjoy the place. just enough to try all the three rides.

Jayden was a splendid guide! The tour was informative & Jayden was very helpful throughout the tour. The tour route is beautiful as well, the Blue Mountains’ vast scenery was really magnificent! Jayden also had good recommendations throughout the tour! The lunch spot was also much better than expected - the thai food is good! Overall we had a splendid time. :)

I went at winter and the weather was perfect it was sunny and chill at the same time. Mark was such a good guide. He helped us take photos most especially to those travelling alone like me. He brought us to nice look out which is not even part of itinerary. He make sure we are taken care off. Kudos to him. The lunch included was good and it was in a small and cozy place. The timing of the tour was perfect . All in all I would recommend

My mom, sisters, and I had a wonderful time on our Blue Mountains day tour! We loved that we were able to see all the sites well before the crowds arrived. There was almost nobody else around, we were able to enjoy the majestic sites in peace. Sean was also a fantastic tour guide! His commentary throughout the tour was equal parts informative and hilarious. We will definitely recommend this tour to friends and family who plan to visit Sydney.

Traveled to Sydney with my family - party of 6 - two young children and two seniors. We didn’t want to rent a car so we decided to book this private tour. Joseph was our tour guide and he was fantastic. We were conveniently picked up and dropped off right at our hotel instead of having to travel to a separate meeting place which was good for grandma. He was knowledgeable and patient answering my kids’ questions. We went to the Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park where we got to feed kangaroos and touch and take a photo with a koala. We specifically wanted to go here versus other zoos because it featured Australian animals and is easily walkable. Joseph recommended the best places to sit and stand on the cable cars at Scenic World to get good photos and views. He showed us which trees were eucalyptus and tea tree and we were able to smell the oil by rubbing the leaves together. We enjoyed our tour and were very comfortable in the van. Had a wonderful time for our first full day in Sydney!

Great experience to see the Blue Mountains National Park. Saw the Sydney Zoo and enjoyed the Scenic World. Even the three sisters lookout is a perfect place to see the Blue Mountains. Worth the visit most especially if it's your first time in Sydney!
