Ting å gjøre i Featherdale Wildlife Park

Gjennom Klook var det en veldig enkel, pålitelig og praktisk måte å kjøpe inngangsbilletter til dette vakre dyrelivsreservatet i Sydney, Australia. Det var første gang jeg brukte Klook-nettstedet, det var fantastisk og enkelt å navigere, betale via PayPal og skaffe billetter. Gruppen vår var grundig imponert over opplevelsen og anbefaler Featherdale på det sterkeste som en attraksjon man må se når man er i Sydney. Man kommer tett på en rekke innfødte dyr som kenguruer, quokkaer, koalaer og gårdsdyr. Flott for både unge og gamle, et interaktivt eventyr der man får ta på dyrene, en perfekt dag ute! ❤️

We went on a tour of Featherdale Wildlife Park and the Blue Mountains for our honeymoon! We were with Guide Kim Tae-young, and he made the travel time enjoyable by sharing interesting stories about Australia and Sydney. He also provided excellent explanations at each location, so we had a comfortable trip without a dull moment. Most importantly, he took really great photos, haha. He didn't even have a separate camera; he used our phones, but he captured the angles perfectly and knew all the best spots, so the results turned out much better than we expected. Since it was our honeymoon, we wanted to take a lot of pictures together, and thanks to him, we got many photos we love! At Featherdale, it was great to see kangaroos and koalas up close, and the scenery at the Blue Mountains was truly magnificent in person. The good weather made it even more satisfying. Even though it was a day trip with a fair amount of travel time, Guide Kim Tae-young made it comfortable and fun. His explanations were great, but I think you'll be especially satisfied if you're looking for a guide who takes excellent photos. It was a memorable day on our honeymoon. Thank you!

This was a Korean tour group, and although my friends and I are not Korean, our tour guide Kelvin was very attentive to us, frequently checking in English to make sure we understood. The zoo had a wide variety of animals, and while the park itself was a bit old, it was clear that the staff cared deeply for the animals. For dinner, we ate in a small town, and Kelvin thoughtfully recommended several restaurants; the laksa at Number 8 Eatery was particularly delicious. The weather wasn't what we expected, as it was cloudy and rainy, so we couldn't see the sunset or the stars. However, Kelvin still tried his best to ensure we had a good experience, taking us to see the bridge and the opera house, and providing blankets and umbrellas to group members who needed them. We understand that the weather is truly unpredictable, and knowing that the guide did his best, it was still a good experience.

Flott opplevelse. Likte Sydney dyrepark veldig godt. Blue Mountains er også fint, men jeg skulle ønske jeg hadde mer tid til å utforske stedet. Tiden vi hadde var ikke tilstrekkelig til å nyte stedet, bare akkurat nok til å prøve alle de tre turene.

Jeg dro om vinteren, og været var perfekt; det var både solrikt og kjølig på en gang. Mark var en utrolig god guide. Han hjalp oss med å ta bilder, spesielt for de som reiste alene slik som meg. Han tok oss med til et fint utsiktspunkt som ikke en gang var en del av reiseruten. Han sørgde for at vi ble tatt godt vare på. All ære til ham. Lunsjen som var inkludert, var god og ble servert på et lite og koselig sted. Tidsplanen for turen var perfekt. Alt i alt vil jeg absolutt anbefale dette.

Jayden var en fantastisk guide! Turen var informativ, og Jayden var svært hjelpsom hele veien. Turruten er også vakker, og det storslåtte landskapet i Blue Mountains var virkelig praktfullt! Jayden kom også med gode anbefalinger underveis. Lunsjstedet var dessuten mye bedre enn forventet – thaimaten er god! Alt i alt hadde vi en fantastisk tid. :)

My mom, sisters, and I had a wonderful time on our Blue Mountains day tour! We loved that we were able to see all the sites well before the crowds arrived. There was almost nobody else around, we were able to enjoy the majestic sites in peace. Sean was also a fantastic tour guide! His commentary throughout the tour was equal parts informative and hilarious. We will definitely recommend this tour to friends and family who plan to visit Sydney.

Traveled to Sydney with my family - party of 6 - two young children and two seniors. We didn’t want to rent a car so we decided to book this private tour. Joseph was our tour guide and he was fantastic. We were conveniently picked up and dropped off right at our hotel instead of having to travel to a separate meeting place which was good for grandma. He was knowledgeable and patient answering my kids’ questions. We went to the Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park where we got to feed kangaroos and touch and take a photo with a koala. We specifically wanted to go here versus other zoos because it featured Australian animals and is easily walkable. Joseph recommended the best places to sit and stand on the cable cars at Scenic World to get good photos and views. He showed us which trees were eucalyptus and tea tree and we were able to smell the oil by rubbing the leaves together. We enjoyed our tour and were very comfortable in the van. Had a wonderful time for our first full day in Sydney!

a bit more time for Lunch at Leura to explore the town and at Featherdale would be ideal.
