We had a great stay at Koko Hotel. Great customer service. Very good breakfast!

The facilities were clean, and the room was spacious enough for a Tokyo accommodation, much larger than others I've stayed in, and very tidy. All the staff were friendly, and having a large public bath was a definite plus, making it excellent value for money. There's a FamilyMart right in front and a 7-Eleven and Lawson within a 3-minute walk, which is very convenient. The only minor drawback is the location, which is a bit out of the way, requiring a short walk from the subway station. Since I often got off at Ginza Station, the 10-minute walk was a slight inconvenience. It's closer if you get off at Higashi-Ginza Station.

We love this hotel. It’s very close to the train station. Very convenient if you don’t want to walk to much. The buffet during the breakfast was amazing. Have a lot of different options. They were very nice since the moment we have arrived to the hotel.

This hotel in the Ginza area has a large public bath and is conveniently located between Higashi-Ginza and Tsukiji stations! The room was larger than expected and very well laid out. Highly recommended!

Transportation: Took the 1500 yen limousine bus from Narita Airport, which took an hour and a half. Got off at Ginza Station and walked for 10 minutes. Higashi-Ginza Station is right next to the hotel. It was very convenient to go directly to Roppongi and Shinjuku without transfers. Room: It was a room with two beds, so it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too!

The location of the hotel is quite good. The AEON Mall is very close to the hotel. The hotel room is a bit small, but it's clean and tidy.

The hotel was very accessible, just a 1-2 minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station. There was also a Lawson convenience store right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing quick snacks. It took about 8 minutes to walk to Tsukiji Market, just so you know. We booked a Moderate Double room, and there was plenty of space even with a 30-inch and a 20-inch suitcase open. Although the room was small, having a sofa and a table was great for enjoying a drink in the evening!
