excellent, kids love it but it would be good if they have some tv programme in English/ YouTube channel for chilling in room while watching some entertainment.

We were not given a code to enter the hotel. We had use our phones to make an international call to get someone that could not understand what our problem was. This was the main issue but there was also trash left in our room from what I'm assuming was the previous guest.

The hotel is conveniently located within the station, making it very easy to travel to different places. It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, but once we found it, everything was very convenient. The accommodation was comfortable, and the surrounding environment was pleasant.

We loved our stay here! The rooms were clean and staff made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Concierge even went out of her way to accomodate our request. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel Location: It's right next to Yodobashi, which has electronics, Uniqlo, GU, and a LOPIA supermarket. There are also various restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping!
Transportation Convenience: Stairs or an elevator in front of the hotel lead directly to an underground passage connected to the subway. Kyoto Station is just a 5-minute walk straight from the first floor.
Service: The service attitude is excellent. They offer full cleaning or just towel replacement services, and the hotel lobby always smells wonderful.

This bread alone would make me want to stay here again; it's truly delicious! 😋 The croissant and a square citrus custard pastry were both incredibly tasty. The hotel and lobby are great, and there's also an affordable washing machine.
Hotel location: Exit 2
Cleanliness: Clean
Breakfast: Super delicious
Convenience of transportation: Just around the corner from 7-Eleven
Service: The staff are all very friendly
