We had a wonderful stay at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we had no issues at all from check-in to check-out.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

It is truly wonderful. We traveled with two children, and they loved the turtles and fish in the lobby. The pool is also great with various depths. However, Western guests occupy the sun loungers from early morning, making them hard to use. The room is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. There is a small sofa, and they even laid out bedding for our 4-year-old child to use it as a bed—they are truly kind! Room service food was inexpensive and delicious (we ordered steak for the kids). You can walk to ICON Bali, and there is a private beach where the children had a fun time playing in the sand!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Can't fault anything : Amazing room, amazing staff, everything just exceptional. Only one negative is that this will ruin every other hotel for us now haha. We are already looking at coming back to stay again at the Meru.

transport access: It on the road going towards Sanur Harbour. Sanur Harbour is approx 2km from the Hotel. Hotel even provides free shuttle to Sanur Beach.
cleanliness: Rooms were clean

breakfast: The items spread was good. Has a live Egg station, 3 vegetarian items as well. It had a Fruit and dessert section. The entire staff was polite and always ready to help. Note : They give a free water refill if you bring your bottle.

The family suite was really nice and spacious, had a dining area, a couch, and for the bathroom there was a shower and a tub. The place was clean and there was housekeeping daily. Staff was helpful whenever we ran into problems (little things like towel refills, door couldn't close one time, card wasn't working a few times) but all fixable and fast. Water dispenser was outside the room so we need to walk out to refill but it's still okay. Morning breakfast buffet was decent. Easy to cab from here, and there's a convenient store nearby as well. Overall satisfied with the stay :)

had the best, relaxing time at the hotel!!! i didn't even need to go anywhere cause they have everything I need for this vacation ♡ the restaurant, pool, spa and even the shop were all high quality and made the stay super worth it ~ landscape is also well-maintained and love the privacy in the deluxe room!!! staff were all friendly and accommodating. They also gave me free cake and card for my birthday + I got free cookies, complementary drink and massage. I felt taken care of!! location was ideal too as the beach was right in front and there's a nearby mall too ♡ definitely recommend this hotel esp for female solo travelers!!!

A lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff. definitely would recommend for a romantic couples getaway! the complimentary shuttle to the beach was very convenient and it was great to come back in the afternoon and enjoy the peace and quiet around the hotel.
